  • Justin Gere

    Justin Gere

    LAc

    Herbalist, Acupuncturist

Born, raised and educated in the Pacific Northwest, Justin holds a doctorate of Science and Oriental Medicine (NUNM, Portland ‘19) and has been in practice since 2021. He gravitated towards the art of Chinese herbal formulism early in his education and mentored under Dr. Heiner Fruehauf and Micheal Givens, learning how to apply the principles of Classical Chinese Medicine to meet the needs of modern times. His interest in pulse diagnosis, psychology and acupuncture led him to further study the Shen-Hammer pulse diagnosis system during his mentorship with Brandt Stickley, L.Ac.

At the heart of Justin’s clinical approach is the 3-fold hermetic worldview of Classical Chinese medicine: that Spirit informs energy and energy informs matter. Organ dysfunction is intimately woven into the relationships between our spiritual, psychological, and emotional landscapes and is further tethered to our constitution, life , history, lifestyle and environmental circumstances. Chinese herbal formulation is a sound clinical method to remind and advance the organ systems towards their optimal function, rhythm and relationship to all other organs. This approach can be used to provide a diverse range of care, from cardiovascular and respiratory conditions to digestive issues, back pain, joint pain, reproductive health and beyond.

  • Shana Criscitiello

    Shana Criscitiello

    Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher

Shana has been in the wellness field since as early as she can remember, shadowing her father in hospitals and making patients smile with colorful drawings and childlike joy. She studied Health Science at Brandeis University in Boston, and after earning her BS, she worked on Integrative Medicine clinical trials bringing mindfulness intervention to hospital patients through grants from the National Institutes of Health. After studying yoga for a few years, earning 1200 hours of YTC training credits, she lived in a retreat center in Guatemala and began her Ayurvedic practice offering Abhyanga, a body therapy technique she studied at the California College of Ayurveda. Shana loves to continue learning about all things wellness and spirituality and has a coaching business to help people align their mindset towards optimal health, harmony and happiness.

Shana will be offering Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic Body Treatment. Abhyanga is a relaxing body therapy in Ayurveda using warm oils, nourishing the mind, body, skin and immune system. This treatment is excellent for circulation as the technique focuses on the lymphatic drainage system. Ayurveda believes that aging is the process of drying out, so the gift of warm oils is the equivalent of vitality. You will leave the session feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after being pampered with love, and even being sung to.

  • Sarah Moeser

    LAc

    Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist

Sarah has been embedded in a matrix of healing since a young age.      She has particular interest in the treatment of mental and emotional conditions, sleep disorders, pain and digestive complaints using herbs and acupuncture.  She presently lives in the gorgeous Trout Lake, Washington and enjoys spending her free time rock climbing, drinking tea, and making art in the company of her ever-playful cat, Meru.
